Operation And Maintenance Of Extruder Machine Equipment

Oil puffing equipment is a kind of oil pretreatment equipment. The extrusion of oil billets is a process of using oil puffing equipment to make the green billets into puffed granular materials.
After being extruded, the green body can be directly leached to make oil.
The use of Extruder Machine to process oil has the following advantages:
(1) It is beneficial to shorten the leaching time, increase the output,
(2) Reduced solvent ratio, easy evaporation, lower energy consumption,
(3) Reduce the residual oil rate in the meal and make the leaching more thorough;
(4) High temperature and short time puffing improves product quality.
Operation, use and maintenance of extruder machine equipment:
1. Normal shutdown: To finish the material in the feeder, stop the feeder, then stop the host, close the steam valve, open the template, restart the host, empty the material in the barrel, and install the template;
Abnormal shutdown: first turn off the main engine and feeder power, close the steam valve, open the template, then manually pull the transmission belt to empty the material in the barrel, and install the template.
2. Emergency shutdown: (except for sudden power failure or failure of the extruder machine equipment, emergency shutdown is not allowed in other situations) immediately reduce the feeding frequency to "0", turn off the feeding motor, and shut down the extruder machine equipment;
Open the template and manually clean the materials in the machine body;
Check the steam hose to prevent clogging.
3. During the operation of the extruder machine equipment, check the transmission parts frequently, and take measures to solve the problems in time when problems are found.
4. Check the feed inlet at any time to prevent the entry of iron and the occurrence of material blockage;
Clean up the adsorbents on the surface of the permanent magnetic separator at the feed inlet more than four times a day.
5. Check the operation of the steam pipeline during production to ensure its normal operation.
6. During the production process, each shift shall clean up the equipment hygiene at any time to keep the extruder machine equipment clean.
7. Regularly check the lubrication of the main engine's bearings, and refuel in time when the oil level is found to be insufficient.
