1. Oil press new machine grinding
The new machine has just been unpacked, and it must be grinded with cake and coarse sand for 1-2 hours to make the machine smooth, so the use effect is better.
2. Black oil appears in the oil press
There are two factors that cause this situation:
(1) The squeezed oil is fried, so the black oil is squeezed out.
(2) The screw rod of the oil press is too long, so the raw material appears black due to the high temperature generated by the machine during pressing.
solution:
In the heating pretreatment or frying process, try to use a small fire, lower the temperature, and appropriately extend the frying time.
In addition, the squeezing equipment uses a fully automatic oil press as far as possible, that is, a round row oil press, because the round row machine can provide the maximum pressure in the largest unit section to ensure that the oil is squeezed out after the crop is fed and the oil is squeezed into a cake. Minimize the secondary extrusion at high temperature. Finally, a vacuum oil filter can be used to further process the crude oil to achieve the highest standard of oil quality.
3. The oil press returns the oil
Oil return phenomenon: that is, there is oil in the hopper. For crops with low oil content in pressed oil crops, oil return rarely occurs, because oil return is a phenomenon that is easy to occur when squeezing oil with higher oil content.
Solution: The gap between the bars is too small, you can adjust the gap between the bars with a mat. If it is an oil press, in addition to adjusting the gap between the strips, it is also necessary to loosen and tighten the nut to increase the oil gap.
4. Oil press run slag
Slag run-off phenomenon during pressing: When squeezing oil, if there is a small amount of run-off phenomenon, it is also a normal phenomenon (the slag run-off is allowed to reach 5%).
If the amount of slag is large, it needs to be adjusted.
Solution: From the perspective of oil, improper moisture content in oil, too dry or too wet, will cause slag run-off.
The oil is too wet, the strips are flaky, the cake is soft, and the hand is held into a ball, and there is white foam in the flowing oil.
If the oil is too dry, the scum residue will be powdery, the cake will turn white and the oil will not flow smoothly, and the oil gap in the press chamber should be less. That is to say, it is more tight when the rows are installed, the last row should be hammered, and the nut should be tightened to tighten the oil press garden row.
