8. The oil pump of the oil press equipment cannot suck oil normally
(1) Is there any dirt blocking the oil filter?
If it is, of course the oil filter must be disassembled to remove the dirt.
(2) If there is no accumulation of dirt in the oil filter, then it is necessary to consider whether the oil has been used for too long.
Oil is because once the oil is used for too long, there will be a lot of sediments, which are likely to adhere to the oil inlet valve, causing the oil to fail to absorb normally.
If this is the case, either filter the oil or replace with new oil, and remember to clean the fuel inlet valve after filtering or changing the oil.
9. The oil filter speed of the oil press is slow
For oil-bearing crops, it is mainly caused by the fact that there are many impurities in the raw materials, more ash and low temperatures in various parts of the machine, and the concentration of oil-bearing crops is high. At this time, the oil pan should be heated and turned on, and the other two filters should be used alternately. The residue on the filter cloth should be removed in time, and the filter cloth should be cleaned or replaced.
10. The oil injection phenomenon occurs in the vacuum pump of the oil press machine
Due to the long-time filtering, the vacuum expression reaches the limit value. The oil foam can be seen from the window. If the filtering is continued, the oil will be pumped into the air bag, and then sucked into the vacuum pump and ejected from the vacuum pump exhaust hole, resulting in the oil output rate. If this phenomenon occurs, the vacuum pump should be stopped to reduce the value of the vacuum gauge to -0.09, and then continue to work.
11. The oil filter of the oil press is blocked
(1) Since the oil press has no heating device at all or the heating is too low, these situations are often problems we encounter in practice, mainly because the oil press is equipped with two elements, one is temperature and the other is pressure. , This is an unbreakable problem that customers should pay attention to. However, some customers blindly pursue cold pressing without heating, which caused the oil line to be blocked.
(2) If the oil line is blocked, it is also possible that there is too much cellulose in the crop, which causes the oil gap to become smaller. Generally, it is due to the excessive pressure of the oil press that causes the press of the machine to receive too much pressure, and the gap can not effectively discharge the residue and lead to blockage. The seat can be adjusted appropriately to improve the cutting schedule.
(3) It is also possible that the oil press is used for a long time, which causes a lot of accumulation on the oil line, and the oil line cannot drive the machine. Therefore, the deposits on the oil line can be cleaned regularly, which can be alleviated.
(4) This problem can also occur when the cold press is started, that is, the equipment has not been preheated, or the raw materials are directly put into the oil press for pressing without being fried, which will easily block the oil line.
12. The oil outlet valve of the oil press is dirty or has poor contact.
The screw plug of the oil inlet and outlet valve on the press is in poor contact with the valve seat or is not tightened, resulting in oil return; the small piston and the pump body wear too much clearance.
The elimination method is: disassemble and clean, grind to make it close.
Grind the oil inlet and outlet valve plug and valve seat on the press to make it close or tighten the screw plug.
Replace with a new pump.
