13. The oil press leaks
 
(1) Mechanical oil leakage
 
There is a small gear box at the bottom of the automatic oil press, which is mainly used for speed change. The oil leakage here is mainly mechanical oil, which is caused by the friction between the gears due to long-term use. Here we need to clean up the oil leakage caused by iron cutting. (2) There is oil from the cake outlet of the oil press

(3) Sometimes the oil is returned when cold pressed

14. The oil press suddenly stops running and the screw shaft is stuck
 
(1) The new machine is virgin, and a large amount of material is fed into the press without running-in.
 
(2) During the squeezing process, the squeezing chamber is broken, and then a large amount of material is fed, resulting in poor discharge and blockage of the squeezing chamber with oil. Therefore, the feeding should be continuous and even, and the cake should not be too thin. In the event of a failure, immediately turn off the power supply, insert the feeding adjustment plate, stop feeding, open the discharge plate, reverse the screw shaft, and make it exit. Then remove the oil in the chamber and press again.
 
(3) The oil has not been cleaned, and it is caused by hard foreign matter such as stones and metals entering the press chamber.
 
15. Factors affecting the oil output rate of the oil press
 
(1) Moisture: When pressing, the general moisture content is 3%-4%. The oil is too dry, does not produce oil, does not form a cake, all is powder, and all the oil is contained in the powder; the oil is too wet, the cake is formed, and the cake is large but There is oil on the cake, the oil bubbling a lot, there is a phenomenon of "diarrhea", the oil is not very much, and it is easy to cause oil return. The moisture control of the crop is the most direct factor that affects the oil output rate of the oil press.
 
(2) Temperature: Cold pressing mainly refers to the temperature of the squeezing chamber.

It is necessary to feed less material first, and then gradually add materials after the temperature in the chamber rises to prevent clogging.

Hot pressing also includes the temperature of frying, which can fully denature and denature the protein by heating.

The solidification reduces the viscosity of the oil and the further accumulation of oil droplets, which is beneficial to the flow of oil from the cells, and it is also beneficial to improve the quality of crude oil and provide favorable conditions for oil extraction.
