What Are The Precautions Before Starting The Oil Press?

Clean the oil tank and add enough hydraulic oil to check whether the bolts at all parts are loose.

1. Hold the upper top plate wrench handle and fully open the upper top plate at 180 degrees from the working position to cushion the bottom of the press and lower the piston into position.
2 Preheat before each oil pressing, the preheating temperature: summer and autumn is 50 degrees -70 degrees, winter and spring are 70 degrees -90 degrees Celsius. The automatic control of the preheating system does not need to turn off the temperature control switch.
3. Run the empty machine for 1-2 minutes before each squeezing. If the hydraulic oil becomes thick in winter or spring, it should be run empty for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thinner and easy to operate.
4. Drain the oil fume that has been fried, and put it in the press.
5. Put a cushion on the upper end of the squeezing oil, and place the separator plate on the upper end of the squeezer and push it into the squeezer. The upper end face; otherwise, the top plate cannot be closed, lift the handle of the manual valve, and start the press.
6. The main motor is not allowed to leave the person during the boosting process. The main motor stops working when the pressure reaches 55 MPa, otherwise, the power supply should be turned off immediately, and the pressure gauge should be checked for damage or malfunction, and the AC contactor is damaged. If damaged, replace it immediately After checking that it is correct, turn it on again.
7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55 MPa, the electrical control system automatically stops. When the pressing pressure drops to 45 MPa, the electrical control system automatically turns on, and the pressure of the pressure gauge rises again, indicating that there is no oil leakage from the pressing hole. The oil has been squeezed out.
8. Turn off the machine, hold the handle of the hand control valve and press down the spool of the hand control valve to lower the squeezer to 10 mm from the top, lift the handle of the hand control valve, and open the top plate.
9. When the machine is turned on, the oil cake rises, and the piston top plate is about 5 mm above the upper end surface of the squeezer. Turn off the machine, remove the material partition and the upper cushion, and take out the oil cake.
10. Depress the sub-handle and the piston descends to prepare for the second press.
