Because of the universality of oil presses, there are many problems with oil presses.
 
Among them is the problem that the oil squeezed out by the oil press is very dark with impurities and frothy when cooking.
 
The following analysis was made on this issue:
 
1. The color of the oil is black, there are impurities, and the foaming is usually due to the lack of purity of the grease and the impurities are not filtered thoroughly.
 
2. The oil press does not have a fine filtration system, and it is filtered manually, which will naturally cause incomplete filtration.
 
3. The oily cake residue is loose and weak, or the oily cake residue is not shaped and has a darker color. It can be crushed by hand, which means that the blank has too little water.
 
4. The squeezed oil is in the shape of a cake, the oil cake residue is soft, into large flakes, or the oil foam increases, which means that too much water has been added.
 
5. Automatic oil pressing means that the raw materials are not heat-treated before being directly pressed into oil, that is, they are not steamed and fried by a seed-frying machine.
 
The countermeasures can be summarized as follows:
 
1. Squeezing method: Manual oil extraction is to fry the raw material until 80% of the moisture in the raw material has evaporated before grinding or squeezing out the oil, so that the refined oil will not foam when it is poured into the pot for cooking. Commonly known as: hot pressing.
 
2. Check the round row: Under normal circumstances, there is no or little slag between the round rows, and the slag is discharged at the strip. If the slag is flakes, it means that there is more water, and the powder and slag means that there is little water. Just add crop moisture appropriately.
 
3. Crop moisture control: The change in the oil outlet position can be used to see whether the squeezed moisture is appropriate. When the squeezed moisture is too high or too low, the oil outlet position will move backward.
 
4. Moisture of main crops: The moisture content of the oil should be appropriate before pressing. The best moisture content is as follows: peanut 8%-11%, soybean 5%-8%, cottonseed 4%-6%, rapeseed 6%-8% %. According to this ratio, customers can add oil and moisture appropriately.
