The puffing principle of the oil extrusion puffing machine:

Features:
1. Puffed rice bran and other low-oil crops can be kept fresh for more than two months, the production capacity of the extractor is increased by 30-45%, the residual oil of the dry meal is less than 1%, and the protein content and color of the bran meal are better than the granulating drying leaching.

2. Puffing and pressing of high-oil crops: After adding a squeezing cage, it can be used for squeezing and puffing high-oil crops (more than 30% oil), and then directly sent to the press (high oil content needs to be dried and then sent) .
The extruded material is in the form of paste/sponge, and the output of the press is increased by 0.5-3 times. The quality of the oil is the original color, similar to cold-pressed oil.
