Animal Fat Negative Pressure Oil Extraction Process

Time:Sat-12-21 hits:

Animal oil is very delicious when placed in food. Therefore, animal oil is generally used in various foods. So do you know how it was extracted?

Negative pressure oil extraction process for animal fats:

1. Unpacking broken

The frozen plate oil is unpacked at the loading table (the oil with stains is found to be wiped with a dry cloth), and then sent to the frozen crusher, where it is crushed into particles with a diameter of 3-5 mm.

2. Warm up

The preheating pot has a mitigating effect. The oil particles are heated at this stage into a solid-liquid mixed state, which can reduce the later refining time.

3. Vacuum negative pressure refining

The coil outside the tank and the stirring shaft inside are filled with high-temperature heat transfer oil. The oil is indirectly contacted under vacuum and negative pressure for heating and stirring. No water is added during this process. After the water in the oil is quickly evaporated, the grease It begins to precipitate, and after 2-4 hours of smelting, a mixture of oil and oil residue is formed.

4. Separation of oil residue

The mixture of oil and oil residue is discharged from the bottom of the smelting pot and falls into the oil residue separation scraper. The scraper is full of small holes. The grease flows out from the holes and is sent to the primary filter through the pipeline for filtration, and then pumped into the crude oil tank .

The oil residue is sent to the oil press by the scraper, the residual oil is extracted, and is also sent to the crude oil tank after preliminary filtration, and the resulting tile cake can be sold.

The peculiar smell generated in the smelting process is pumped to the suspension separator on the top to generate fatty acids. The remaining steam and peculiar smell are cooled into water in the tube condenser, which realizes the requirements of no peculiar smell in the workshop and compliance with wastewater discharge standards.
