When the water content of the oil plant for oil extraction is low:
1. There is a side-ear and annoying sound in the pressing cage of the press, which makes the whole oil press vibrate.
2. The pressed oil residue should not be agglomerated and broken up and be dark brown with scorch spots.
3. The load current of the power motor is higher than the average current.
4. The oil position moves to the direction of the cake, the outlet of the cake emits blue smoke, the oil output decreases, and the oil color is dark brown.
If the above phenomenon persists for too long, it will cause major mechanical damage accidents.
At this time, it is necessary to immediately reduce the steam pressure, increase the direct steam injection amount in the upper steam cylinder, close the small feeding door, reduce the feeding to the squeezing cage, increase the thickness of the cake, and gradually reduce the load of the squeezing machine. Adjust to restore it to normal working condition.
When the oil plant for oil extraction contains high moisture content:
1. The oil press feeds less, or even does not feed, or the material rotates with the shaft of the oil press.
2. The cake is fluffy and soft, with a lot of water vapor, and the cake is oily. When the cake is released, the cake rotates with the shaft.
3. The motor load decreases, and the working current is below the average current.
4. The amount of oil squeezed out is reduced, the oil color turns white and foams, and the oil outlet position moves to the feed end.
When the above situation occurs, the indirect steam pressure should be gradually increased immediately, the injection amount of direct steam should be reduced, and some slag cake should be added to the feeding port until the oil press returns to the normal state.
