Operation Method And Precautions Of Oil Crop Husker

Oil crops with high shell content need to be hulled, while oil crops with low shell content need to be hulled only when their protein utilization is considered.
The oil content in the oil shell is very low, not only does not produce oil, but will absorb oil, resulting in lower oil yield.
Oil production after shell peeling can reduce oil loss and improve oil yield. The contents of pigment, colloid and wax in oil shell are higher.
There are two ways to shell oil crops: original manual shell and machine shell.
For machine shucking, it is necessary to use shucking machine.
The following is the operation method and matters needing attention of the sheller:
1. Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, and whether there is lubricating oil in the bearings. The sheller should be placed on a smooth ground.
2. Before use, check the power supply and switch must be in the off position.
3. After the motor is started, the steering direction of the sheller rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the machine and tools. First idling for a few minutes, observe whether there is abnormal sound, normal operation, can evenly feed peanuts.
4. When filling oil crops, it should be uniform and appropriate, and should not contain iron filings, stones and other sundry things to prevent breaking peanuts and causing mechanical accidents. Open the outlet switch when the oil crop has covered the sieve.
5. Oil crops should be dry and wet, too dry is high crushing rate, too wet will affect the work efficiency. Choose appropriate screen according to the size of oil crops.
6. When the shell of oil crops is increased, the motor can be moved downward to tighten the fan belt and increase the blowing air volume.
7. When operating, do not stand on the side of the belt drive, so as not to hurt people.
8. After a period of use, when preparing to store the machine, it should be cleaned of external dust, dirt and internal residual grains and other sundries. The machine should be covered well and placed in dry storeroom to avoid sun and rain.
9. Remove the belt and store it separately.
10. Clean the bearings with diesel oil, dry them and butter them.
