1, oil press oil pump does not absorb oil
Dirt blocking the oil filter net is easy to cause the oil pump of hydraulic press not to absorb oil, so the oil filter net should be removed and cleaned.
If the oil is used for too long and the sediment is attached to the oil inlet valve, the valve is not close, the new oil should be changed or the old oil should be released to filter and clean the oil inlet valve.
If it is caused by insufficient oil in the tank, add enough oil to the tank.
If there is no vacuum in the oil pump, pull out the small piston, inject oil and then pressure.
2. Insufficient pressure of oil pump
If the valve is contaminated or poorly sealed, it can be disassembled and ground after pouring to make it close.
If the plug of the oil inlet valve of the oil press has poor contact with the seat, it can also be ground after disassembling and washing to make it close.
If the plug between the oil press and the valve seat is in poor contact or not tightened in the oil leakage caused by the oil press, the inlet stuffy plug and the valve seat of the oil press can be ground to close or tighten the plug.
If the gap between the small piston and the pump body is too large, the new pump should be changed.
3, oil press cylinder and piston leakage
If the mouth of the leather bowl is incorrectly mounted, reinstall the leather bowl in the correct way. If the leather bowl is broken or damaged, we can replace it.
4, safety valve failure
If there is dirt in the oil so that the ball valve is not sealed, the safety valve should be cleaned to remove dirt and make the ball valve closed.
If the spring loses its elasticity and cannot withstand high pressure, it should change the spring.
If the adjusting screw is loose, resulting in not to the specified pressure on the valve, should adjust the screw again, so that the pressure reaches the specified pressure before the valve.
If often over rated voltage operation. It is easy to cause the ball valve to be bruised, so the valve should be reground, the ball should be replaced and the operation should be carried out according to the operating procedures.
