If there is not enough temperature, the oil embryo can not form normal pressure in the pressing chamber, can not make the oil slag pressed into the whole piece, affecting the oil effect.
Many new customers tend to ignore the running-in heating process. The operation method is as follows:
Mix the crushed oil residue with 10% hot water and press it repeatedly (except tea seed cake).
Start to put oil crops to the oil press should be slow and uniform (remember: the feed can not be too fierce, oil slag can not be too dry), and observe whether the agglomerate.
If the oil slag does not agglomerate, the adjusting bolt should be turned 1-2 times clockwise to increase the cake clearance. Only after the agglomerate is normal can the feeding amount be gradually increased, and whether the agglomerate and the material are normal can be observed.
When pressed repeatedly, the moisture in the oil residue gradually decreases, so it is necessary to observe and inspect it at any time and increase the moisture appropriately.
In the running-in heating stage, the oil press is most prone to screw shaft stuck due to improper operation, and cause damage to the strip and other faults.

The water content of oil residue used for running in must not be too little, and should be checked at any time, water should be kept at about 10%, to avoid the occurrence of material jam.
