And due to the low degree of refining, the content of impurities in the edible oil is relatively high, so at the same time, this type of edible oil also retains some nutrients such as carotene, chlorophyll, and vitamin E.
 
The same kind of refined edible oil, the darker the color, the more substances retained, but it is easy to oxidize and deteriorate. Edible oils with a lighter color are more suitable for frying.
