1. Hydraulic Oil Press Machine

The hydraulic oil press mainly uses the hydraulic principle to inject high pressure liquid into the oil press room, so that the oil crops such as peanuts are squeezed out from the cells under the action of high pressure liquid.

The hydraulic oil press is simple to operate, but its adaptability to oil is poor. For oil crops with low oil content or too thick hard shell, the oil pressing effect of the hydraulic oil press will be affected to a certain extent.

2. Screw Oil Press Machine

The screw oil press mainly uses the principle of screw extrusion, through the extrusion of the rotating screw shaft and the inner wall of the press chamber, the oil crop is broken under high temperature and high pressure, and the oil is squeezed out from the cell.

The screw oil press can work continuously, with high efficiency, strong adaptability, and higher oil yield than the hydraulic oil press.

3. Oil Extraction Method

Oil extraction method mainly uses the principle of solvent leaching oil, by injecting solvent into oil crops, so that the oil and solvent are fully mixed, and then through evaporation, separation and other processes, recovery of solvent, oil.

The oil extraction press has a high oil yield, but a certain amount of solvent remains, which needs further treatment.

Under normal circumstances, enterprises will use spiral oil press + solution leaching, so that oil crops play a maximum role.
