Low temperature double screw oil press is an advanced oil press equipment, the following is the relevant introduction:

Working principle

Two spiral shafts running opposite or in the same direction are used to produce extrusion pressure in the press cage, and with the action of the press cage, the oil in the material embryo entering the press chamber is squeezed out.

The oil is driven by the spiral shaft in the press chamber, due to the change of the pitch, the diameter of the root circle and the special bite between the spiral shaft, the oil is extruded by the increasing extrusion pressure, and the whole process from the embryo into the cake is continuous.

Structural characteristics

Double helix shaft: using a special design, the theoretical compression ratio is large, the oil is usually compressed and expanded 5 times in the press chamber, to achieve the combination of thick material layer and thin material layer of strong pressing.

Press cage: split in the vertical surface of the lead, hinge support at both ends, not easy to accumulate slag, smooth oil discharge, easy maintenance.

Cake making mechanism: The unique cake making mechanism makes the pressing screw center support, and the thickness of the cake can be adjusted in time when working.

Material: Vulnerable parts are generally made of carburized steel and subjected to strict heat treatment, with high strength, toughness, low temperature impact toughness and wear resistance, long service life.

High oil yield: no smooth bore meshing spiral pair technology, strong propulsion, large pressure in the press chamber, can be pressed clean at one time, oil yield up to 95% or more, dry cake residual oil rate is low.

Good retention of nutrients: Low temperature pressing can completely retain the natural bioactive substances in vegetable oil, such as unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, proteases, lecithin and trace elements, and the pressed vegetable oil retains its essential color, smell and taste.

Wide range of application: suitable for peeling (shell) peanut kernel, tea seed kernel, sunflower seed kernel, cottonseed kernel, rapeseed kernel, walnut kernel, rubber seed kernel and peeling soybeans and other high oil materials at room temperature or low temperature pressing, but also suitable for special oil such as flaxseed, safflower seed, almond and other hot pressing or peeling (shell) after the low temperature pressing.
