The double screw oil press has two spiral shafts meshing each other, operating opposite each other in the same press cage.

This double helix structure can produce more complex material movement and greater extrusion pressure.

Performance characteristics:

Oil yield: The double-stage structure design makes it have a very high compression ratio, can obtain a strong radial pressure, can make the oil press more thoroughly, dry cake residual oil rate is lower, the oil yield is usually higher.

Adaptability: two screw shear feed, large thrust, strong self-cleaning ability, not easy to smooth bore, can adapt to a variety of oil with high oil content cold pressing, can also be used for hot pressing, high oil content, low fiber oil pressing effect is better.

Oil discharge smoothness: the press cage is divided in the vertical surface of the lead, the two ends of the hinge support, the press cage does not deposit slag, the oil discharge is smooth.

Scope of application

Double screw oil press: suitable for peeling (shell) peanut kernel, tea seed kernel, sunflower seed kernel and other high oil-bearing materials at room temperature or low temperature press, also suitable for special oil such as flaxseed, safflower seed and other hot pressing or low temperature press after peeling, more suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Price and maintenance

Double screw oil press: Due to complex structure, high technical content, the price is relatively high.

And because of the interaction of the double helix structure, if there are hard impurities into the press chamber, there are relatively many vulnerable parts, which need regular maintenance and replacement.
