The oil extraction step is generally divided into three major steps: oil pretreatment, leaching and refining.
Oil Pretreatment: the entire process from oil to extraction of edible oil is collectively referred to as oil pretreatment.
Oil pretreatment equipment: washing machine, peeling machine, kernel shell separator, crusher, softening pot, rolling machine, puffing machine, steaming and frying pan.
For palm squeezing equipment, there are usually several steps of sterilization, desalination, mashing, filtering, and oil clarification, one machine at a time.
Edible Oil Leaching
Edible oil leaching is a process in which organic solvents are used to obtain oil from processed oils or squeezed oil residues.
Leaching is generally divided into four systems, each of which is a combination of multiple machines.
Edible oil extraction system--wet meal desolventizing system--mixed oil treatment system--solvent recovery system
The machines required for leaching usually include extractors, evaporators, evaporators, strippers, condensers, solvent turnover tanks, water separators, and so on.
Edible Oil Refining
Refining is usually to remove unnecessary or harmful substances from crude oil. So it also includes a variety of processes. Such as degumming process, deacidification process, decolorization process, deodorization process, dewaxing process and palm oil fractionation process.
