The sunflower seed oil extraction process has the following steps:

Sunflower seed pretreatment is mainly to remove impurities in the oil, adjust the moisture and temperature in the oil, so as to squeeze the oil.
This major step mainly includes: cleaning, peeling, crushing, softening, puffing, rolling, steaming and other processing procedures.
2. Sunflower Oil Leaching
Leaching is the process of obtaining grease by selecting an organic solvent that can dissolve the grease.
Leaching generally includes four parts (four systems): oil leaching system, wet meal desolventizing system, mixed oil processing system and solvent recovery system.
3. Seed Oil Refining
Seed oil refining is mainly to remove harmful impurities and useless substances in crude oil, so as to improve the storage stability of edible oil and make the smell and color of the oil meet national standards.
Refining includes degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing and fractional extraction.
