Plate Filter Press Machine
Filter press is Solid-liquid seperation machine, widely used in Coal washing, Fuel, Edible, Edible oil, Medicine, Environmental protection, Wastewater treatment, Tailing disposal, Metallurgy, Minning, Chemical industrial, Alcohol, Petroleum, Ceramics, etc.
Our filter press including manual filter press, Jack compact filter press, hydraulic filter press, automatic program control filter press (in cluding auto plate-pulling system, auto tilting-plate system, conveyor, etc), membrane filter press, circular filter press, cast iron filter press, semi stainless filter press, etc. The size include 320, 450, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1500; Filter area from 1m2 up to 1000m2; Capacity from 13dm3 up to 20m3.
Oil Filtration Filter Press:
Edible oil or mineral oil filtration processes are widely common types.
In oil filtering process, frame & plate filter press is the main part of the system. After increase of temperature of oil, clay added to oil sample and mixed. This oil and clay mixed liquid is pumped to filter press machine which has frame&plate type plates and covered cotton filter press clothes with filter paper.
Filter press is divided into plate frame filter press and box filter press,it is an intermittent pressure filter equipment for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions.It relies on a co mpaction device to compact the filter plate, and then uses material pump to presses the sus pension material pump into the filter chamber. The filter cloth is used to achieve the purpose of separating solid particles from liquid materials.The structure of the whole machine is simple and the separation effect is good.It is easy to use and has a wide range of applications.It is widely used in coal washing, inorganic salts, mining, alcohol, petroleum, chemical industry.fuel, metallurgy, medicine, food, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking and sewage treat ment field.
